Polat Enerji's Wind Turbines Will Turn for Akenerji in 2011
With the vision of being an integrated energy company, Akenerji, which operates in the fields of production, distribution, wholesale and retail sales in the electricity market, and Polat Enerji, which increases its wind energy production capacity consistently, decided to continue its cooperation in 2010.
In May 2010, Akenerji announced that they purchased all the electricity generation of Polat Enerji’s power plants with 100 MW installed capacity until the end of the year, and that they extended the consensus until the end of 2011.
In this context, Akenerji bought the full capacity of the wind power plants, whose current installed power is 128,3 MW and is planned to gradually increase to 189,2 MW by the end of the year.
