Sayalar WPP

Sayalar WPP started commercial operation in June 2008 with 38 turbines and 34.2 MW installed power. In 2012, the capacity will be extended to 54.2 MW with an additional investment of 24 million Euros.Sayalar has been one of the first three project who has a ‘’Gold Standard’’carbon credits voluntary market in the world since 2012.

• Sayalar WPP generates 82 million kWh of electricity per year and meets the annual need of 40.000 people.
• Sayalar WPP has a Gold Standard Certificate and leads to 85.000 tons of emission reduction each year.
